You’ve probably sat in one of our booths and didn’t even know it! That’s right folks, we have had the pleasure of creating custom pieces for a myriad of restaurants located throughout the greater Houston area. We’re not just talking about seating either. Upholstered walls and intricate doors are just a few of the capabilities we offer. Why look anywhere else?
Custom Restaurant Booths
You would think that styles are easily transferable right? Wrong! What could potentially work in a home setting, may not transfer to a retail space. Though adding a breakfast nook just like the one in your kitchen might seem like a good idea for your new café, it probably requires a few adjustments first. To start, your family is probably a lot cleaner than your potential coffee shop patrons. Fabric can be cleaned (we know of a few experts who can work miracles), but do you really have the budget to spend on weekly cleanings? Probably not (though even if you did, why would you)? We all love bright floral patterns until someone spills their coffee onto it.
Big Horn BBQ is only meant to look like home. Don’t be fooled. These seats are much easier to clean.

If this rustic interior doesn’t make you want to eat your weight in mac & cheese, we don’t know what will.
What We Recommend
Vinyl
That’s when vinyl comes into play! Before you react, just know that vinyl has come a long way. You may still associate it with 50’s themed diners, but a lot of improvements have been made since the 90s. Though it’s not the only spill proof fabric around, it’s a popular choice in restaurants due to its versatility (i.e. it’s pretty easy to clean). In terms of wipe-ability, you can’t beat it.
Leather
Still not a fan of something so squeaky? Want a more luxurious choice for those booths? Look no further than leather (boy is that a tongue twister). For our non-vegan friends, leather is a durable option for any restaurant customization (and surprisingly easy to clean with the right tools). In some cases, it can even be resistant to stains (though this depends on color, so be sure to choose carefully). Upscale restaurants can opt for lighter colors, while we suggest that more family friendly spaces use darker shades (kids + food = we’ve all been there). Another upside to using leather? It only gets better with age!
Don’t be upset if your favorites aren’t listed, as they most likely can still be utilized! Fabrics can be treated to be stain resistant and nowadays (don’t we sound old), there are tons of patterns available that are manufactured specifically for commercial use. So chances are, you’ll be able to find something you like.
What is a booth without a table? A banquette.

These tables and booths fit together like two peas in a pod.

The next item on our list of custom restaurant furniture, tables! That’s right folks, seating is great, but remember that not all foods are handheld (we’re looking at you spaghetti) and proper surfaces are essential. Can you imagine walking into a café, only to be greeted by a sea of benches? Neither can we.
Sure, you can purchase any old table for your blooming restaurant business, but why would you? If you’re already going custom, you may as well go all the way. The beauty with custom made furniture is that each piece is made to fit perfectly together (no mismatched measurements here). Professional quality made for professionals (feel free to use the tagline).
Chairs, chairs, and more chairs
Booths have a special place in our hearts, but that’s just because we like to stay cozy. However, there are always more options available for your business. Take a gander at some seating we made for our Galveston friends! You can’t go wrong with a solid wood frame and upholstered cushions (why do you think we get to produce so many)? This kind of design is great for fast casual dining experiences and is lightweight/easy to maneuver (plus, they can be reupholstered down the line). Notice the choice of fabric? You guessed it, vinyl! When you’re surrounded by water and sand, an easy to clean environment is crucial.

We think Cookie Monster™ would have approved of these booths.

Don’t you just love how vibrant these are?
We’re big fans.

Not a fan of the standard dining chairs? Want something a little more intricate for your café or restaurant? Say no more! If we made the same chairs for every new dining concept, we might actually explode. Sure we may look to others for inspiration, but at the end of the day we crave something uniquely our own. There are so many details that can go into a custom piece. The possibilities are endless! We’re here to make sure your vision comes to life. As we like to say, your design, our creation, one masterpiece.
